"Fantastic hotel, clean, classy yet right across from train station; lots of places to eat around the hotel. Room was spacious for 3 of us, bathroom was nice, the shower has half door so it can get messy unless you stand right under it. Perhaps a shower curtain or a door on it will be great. Overall we loved our stay at this hotel. "

"The best thing is that it's just a few minutes' walk from the train station, ideal if you arrive late or have an early train to catch. The rooms are comfortable, but you can hear some noises at times, nothing that would bother a deep sleeper. The reception staff is friendly and were very patient in allowing me to practice my very basic Italian. The hotel is a short walk from the center of Bologna, but several bus lines also pass right in front of the hotel."

"5*+ rating for this special hotel in Bologna. For my first trip to Italy, my stay at this hotel made the entire experience that much more special. From the moment I checked in, to when I checked out the entire concierge team were welcoming, friendly and gave great tips on what to do and where to go. I was very surprised to have received a room upgrade - west facing, simply the comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept in and, a gorgeous bathroom with decent water pressure. If I had an extra day to my trip, I would have spent it in the hotel really taking advantage of the bar, lounge and restaurant. Or, just sleeping in - the bed was that comfortable. When I return to Bologna, I will only stay at Savhotel Aemilia."
