"Paolo was attentive, kind, and patient when my journey was substantially delayed. I was able to contact the property easily and he made a bad day better. The property is on a beautiful square and walking distance to pretty much everything I needed. The room was comfortable, original, spatious and clean. The property was also secure and quiet. "The staff were polite, courteous, and friendly. The location of the property is very convenient for the purpose of our visit, which was right next to the Basilica of St. Anthony. It was in a quiet area and easily accessible by public transit going to Venice. Another consideration was the availability of secured parking lot. The breakfast selection is excellent! Lots of variety, quick replenishment when the level was running low, and lots of room to move around despite the large number of guests. The only disappointment was the smell in the room. Initially, the room that was given to us smelled smoke and when I complained about it, we were transferred to another room which smelled urine. Didn't bother complaining again as we were already tired and late for the church."
