"We had an amazing stay right on the water . Rooms are basic but bathrooms renovated . The balcony with water views and the grotto dining area are an extra bonus . "Such a lovely place to stay with a courtyard for off-road parking. The Italian owner helpfully spoke good English. He said he also spoke other languages as well. It is right on the edge of the lake and the front rooms have a view over the lake and the back rooms have a delightful view of the mountainside and over look a courtyard with typical Italian buildings.
