"This is a beautiful hotel nestled in the side of the mountain. Appears newly updated the staff was so accommodating and helpful.. only issue was it is about 35 min walk from train station. The owners actually took us into town to dine and to catch the train due to rain. We would definitely return if in the area"

I looked for an air conditioning place, and the first day, the air “wasn’t working”, the control remote was not in the room and they brought it the next day because I asked for, I have to open the window and close it right away, so the bugs don’t come inside, so it was a very unpleasant first day. "The young lady that cleans does an amazing job! She cleaned everything in the parking garage: she scrubbed the recycle/trashcans, the walls, the light fixtures. You could literally eat off the garage floor, it was so squeaky clean! The wellness room areas were amazing. The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been a dryer to dry our laundry. I would definitely stay here again!!"
