"I've probably never seen such a tidy, nicely smelling and absolutely neat and mint hotel room :-) Also the staff was extremely and un-Czechly nice: the couple of owners personally serving breakfast and being polite and courteous! Very easy access at late arrival. The only negative point: the hotel garden was locked, I would have liked to visit it..."

"The apartment itself was very nice and clean. It was quite new and nothing wrong with the room. Except for the door...you had to really slam it hard to close it. But there were issues... There was no wifi. That's really unacceptable for a hotel these days, especially as this was not a budget stay. They said it's because it's a new apartment. Come on, it takes 2 minutes to put a router or modem in as there was wifi at the property. Second, they were supposed to text and email us the code for...

"Design of the hotel is nice and feels comfortable. Locate in city center with ski bus stop in front of the hotel. There are few things to be improved - beds are too soft, room was too hot during night even when you switch off heating. Min is 20.5... maybe softer blanket would help. Unable to open window so only opportunity is to open terasse door. Breakfast has good selection, during peaks is slower in refilling. Wellness and parking is paid extra and needs to be reserved separately."
