This property was amazing
The ski rental facility was outstanding the equipment was top of the line with highly educated staff
Overall wonderful place to stay for our entire family
I’ve stayed here twice and not disappointed! It is exceptional in every way, particularly the staff.. friendly efficient and welcoming despite being such a large property! Great shuttle service and the spa is extraordinary!
Breakfast is busy but so well organised and staffed! Coffee made fresh constantly and delivered to your table. Everyone is smiling when greeting you and eager to help.
A special mention to the ever present and friendly Guiseppe at the front door! What a welcome every day !
Great property with a huge amount of amenities. Rooms are very comfortable and restaurants offer good food. The walk to town is a little far but manageable.
Great hotel, clean, helpful staff, amazing spa!
Slightly out of town (up a steep hill), not a problem during the day time as there's a shuttle bus but if you like to go into the town centre on an evening - it's a trek back.
An excellent hotel and perfect if you want a few days skiing. All kit and passes available at the hotel. Staff were great

Room was comfortable and the spa was really lovely.
We also really enjoyed the food at their a la carte restaurant.
The buffet and pizza restaurants were less interesting. The fireplace bar and the swimming pool both felt like a club Med with ridiculously loud music.
Service was at times excellent and other times atrocious.
One night the free shuttle from town didn’t arrive for 1hr, even after we called reception twice. We ended up finding a taxi. It’s a 10 min drive up a very steep hill.
When we complained to the manager, he went and talked to the shuttle driver and came back and told us we were lying! The shuttle had been to town repeatedly.
Terrible management that he accuse us, why we’d bother lying is beyond me? But why even make it a “he said, you said”? Incredibly unprofessional!
This turned out to be a great choice. Although not in the town itself, you can walk without skis, but the hotel shuttle service is excellent and frequent. I never waited more than 5 minutes either way! The staff are all super helpful. Having the ski rental, ski pass etc on site an even bigger bonus.
the spa is phenomenal. Comparable with 5 star hotels in London! Breakfast is great. The concierge was amazing. In particular Luisa. Her recommendations and arrangements were fantastic. I hope to be back here! Honestly can't fault it.
Great room, amenities, and spacious and relaxing after a day of skiing.

The property used to be a Club Med now refurbished and rebranded. It is not in the heart of Cervinia instead being uphill which makes it a 10min walk to town and a much longer trek back to the room. The resort is huge and our room was in the main building but could have easily been far from everything through a labyrinth of corridors and stairs.
The hotel prides itself of being 5 stars and it shows in some areas such as attention to detail in the lobby with a nice fireplace, amenities in the room such a sleepers for the spa, a very posh ski room or a desk to book just anything. But it all comes at a price: drinks are expensive, parking is daylight robbery at €30 per day and the shuttle that takes you into town is €10 per person, each way after 7pm!
The main issue is the lack of information about so many things and the constant fear of high prices. The room of our friends (booked on a separate website) had access to a VIP lounge but they were never told (even after specifically asking for the benefits), the experience desk seems as confused as we were about all the price categories and plans. Breakfast was a little repetitive and details such as fake orange juice are unacceptable if you are a five stars hotel. In the spa, other than the small sauna all other rooms/pools were cold and the hotel runs a booking system which can be annoying.
The on site ski rental however is run externally as is excellent and fairly priced!
Excellent stay for four days of top skiing. Good breakfast and nice resort type hotel. Happy to book again. Good service in the reception from Fredricia and Magnana. The shuttle to and from city center charge €10 pr person after 7 pm. That is to much. OK if had been after 10 pm.
Brilliant hotel for a short late season ski trip.
Only complaint was that there isn’t air con in the rooms and despite there being snow on the ground outside, the room was very hot, especially at night.
We mentioned it to reception and they sent maintenance to unlock the window so we could open it further and this helped but the curtains then had to be open to let the air flow in and this meant the light streamed through
The ski room lift and the magic carpet didn’t work the first day to the slops.
Second day lift worked but still no magic carpet ,
So not ski in and ski out had to walk not that happy as booked this so we didn’t have to walk, have a facility needs to work

Personale educato e professionale, struttura molto bella, pulita e confortevole. Complimenti all’ufficio prenotazioni che ci ha accontentato in tutto e per tutto. Molto professionali. Da consigliare.
