"This is a brand new building that feels like it had a lot of money thrown at it with very little thought or oversight as to the design or functionality. For example (among dozens), the elevator doors are beautiful, thick glass, but there is no sensor, so it almost chopped me in half as I was exiting. Parking is a nightmare, you have to pay for the pool and facilities, and it feels like the staff is variously furious and confused."
