"The first time I ever stayed in Madrid that was not in a “hotel”and this place made me feel like I was living in Madrid. I know this area well as I have friends that lived close by, if you’re are walker like me you can cover most of the city in a few hours without using the metro. Great place ! "

They did not send the check-in instructions although we made sure to inform them about our arrival time, we even made sure that expedia/hotels.com agent call them to confirm the time. They promised to reply but they didn't.
