"The best thing about the stay was the beautiful view we woke up to every morning. We brought a young golden retriever with us. She needs a lot of exercise and the staff at check-in gave us information of some great places for us to go with her. Also when I asked if there was a water hose near by so that we could hose her down after a sandy day at the beach they actually put a hose outside our lodge for us! We had pretty much everything we needed, but I think a microwave oven might’ve been helpful. I would say also that the sliding glass door to get to the back was very hard to slide open. I would definitely recommend this place as a nice peaceful getaway. We stayed for 4 nights."

"This is a very cute little place. We were in fact the only ones there so it felt like our own property. Very clean, warm fireplace, pretty view. The one issue with the door lock was fixed right away, so not really an issue. Good value."
