There were 5 of us ladies , we reserved a suite for 5 … the room was in front of elevator and that is we heard .. elevator going up and down . We got in at 2am from airport , and I have not been asleep at all . We even had 2 sounds machines going … they offered me a free breakfast which was nice but no sleep .
It was disappointing that the restaurant closed so early and seemed under staffed. When it was open, we had to wait a considerable amount of time for our drinks and did not order food.
Wonderful staff all around. Being a guest with my brother he booked and my husband and I are Diamond Elite members so to encounter such a wonderful experience, with him not being a member was awesome. Still treated with respect and kindness. 10 stars if I could
We like the location of the hotel. In the center of the Richmond City, walkable to all shopping, restaurants and Skytrain that we can go up and down the city.
We think the security people in the parking areas need to do a better jobs. We had crazy person got close to our car and banned on our window yelling and screaming but 2 security guys on duty just stood there looking without approaching to stop him. We reported that to the front desk when we checked in. Glad that we were not being harmed
There was a disgusting substance inside the in-room coffee machine's water compartment. Looked like somene puked there. Other than that it is a mediocre hotel, nothing fancy. Paid parking... I didn't look at details when booked it, but didn't expect it from a supposably 4 star hotel. Next thing should be "towels available for a reasonable price". There are better places at a lower price.

We arrived 2 hrs after the checked in time but the room was not ready. Was offered to for king bed and pullout sofa bed instead of 2 double beds and pullout sofa. Since we arrived late and tired, I just took what was offered.
We paid decent amount and what we received is bare minimum expectations. Will never book in this hotel again.

The check in and restaurant/bar staff were amazing. Steve in the restaurant was just fantastic, food was great, highly recommend! Thanks team, we hope to be able to stay here again!! Cant recommend highly enough!
Very very despondent about this hotel.
On Expedia it says they have a shuttle !! Which is why we booked the hotel , but alas the shuttle is on strike and the five in our party ( 2 rooms ) had to get 2 cabs to and from the Airport which added a total of $112.00 in total.
Upon arrival I voiced my concern and was given a bag with 3 cookies as a token.
I implore with whoever reads this. Don’t expect a shuttle.
