Michelle is angry receptionist. I asked her info about dining options in the hotel. She yelled, “I don’t know! You need to go and ask them!” Because of her attitude and hostility, I wanted to cancel my reservation. Mechelle angrily replied, “You can’t if you booked using a third party”. Then, I told her if that is the case, I want to go ahead and check in. Again, angrily Michelle said, “I cannot check you in!! I don’t have internet connection!!”. Not knowing when internet service is going to be restored, I went to Portland and booked another hotel at the receptionist desk. I contacted Expedia customer service for a refund as the hotel was unable to check me in. The hotel told Expedia customer service that I requested to cancel after learning there was no internet connection, and refused to issue a refund. I am a frequent traveler; I will never ever stay at Bestwestern and affiliated properties.
