Walked in the front door to be greeted pleasantly & checkin process completed, simple, quick. Room is pleasant, too tired to go out but dinner in hotel restaurant was quite a pleasant surprise. Clam chowder was amazing, calamari a little more done than personal preference would like but good, chicken strips were outstanding and yam fries were excellent. Wait staff were super pleasant and attentive. I’d definitely come back if opportunity arose.

With the price of the rooms being as high as they were, you would think a continental breakfast would be included with all the rooms not just some. Also the gym area was limited in what they had and the pool area was hard to get in and out of for people with disabilities.

Although things were lovely.. having room 1520 beside the elevator and ice macine was not so lovely. Its loud and left for an interrupted sleep for $350 a night

The property itself was decent. The fact that nobody cared there was 15 or so early 20 year olds playing really ruff games in the pool for over three hours so much so our kids didn't feel safe in the pool with them. Was really disappinting. When we complained the organizes just shrugged us off.

I enjoyed my stay. My only criticism could be the fact that as a transsexual and I was mis gendered. By the cleaning staff, not a big deal, but something that's some other people might have a real big problem with.

Tub is clogged with hair - you stand in hair water
The tub is plugged which means the water tries to go down the drain but can’t and gets pushed back into the tub so you’re trying to shower and get clean and the water is pooling at your feet after mixing with years of clogged hair. It’s actually revolting and I am very disappointed and disgusted
