Stuck in the elevator and the front desk not very friendly. Customer service was lacking. I expected a little more for what we paid for

Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront
Loved the location of the hotel and really loved our harbor view room! Food and bar onsite were great. The hotel is getting ready for a redecorating update that when finished will be fabulous.
