Knights Inn Dayton at Poe Ave
I didn't expect much from the cost of the room, but regret staying here. My advice is to spend a few more bucks.

Breakfast was lacking. Bathtub needed to be cleaned but the rest of the room was ok. Mattresses and refrigerator needs replacing. Staff was friendly. It was exactly what you expect for the price.
