"Excellent property. Clean and well maintained. This property is very expensive to book but worth it for building some beautiful memories. The rooms are well maintained, the staff is very courteous and they have different programs every day to entertain the guests. The breakfast and dinner options were spectacular and very tasty. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to anyone."

"Booked this hotel as it was advertised as a 5 star hotel. Upon arrival we noticed how outdated and unclean the reception, bedrooms, dining hall and swimming pool were. The 2 rooms we booked were not maintained at all, as it broken cabinets, the tvs weren’t working (because the staff hadn’t bothered to renew the subscriptions for all the channels prior to our arrival) and the deposit safe was completely loose in the cupboard which meant that anyone could have carried it out of the room. The supposed ‘spa’ that was mentioned contained barely any working facilities, and the massage and steam room was just a lazily converted bedroom, with the bathroom being converted into a tiny steam room. The spa as a whole was no where near the levels as that of 5 star hotel. The only positives about the hotel were its great location, and its well maintained garden area. We expected a lot more from a hotel in the ‘Taj’ group of hotels, and it feels like this hotel should be barely given a 3 star rating."
