Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Horrible, very dirty and rude staff

We have booked at this hotel, but while we were on our way there we received an e-mail saying that the hotel room is no longer available so they gave as another room at another hotel a couple miles away.It was horrible, so dirty, we didn't know how to leave faster.The lady at the reception was rude, when I asked about heating as I was traveling with a young child she told me that this is what I paid for.On a good note, she did give me another room with a heater.The hotel was empty, just a few rooms were rented out.They didn't honor our free breakfast we had booked and anyways it was so dirty I didn't know how to leave faster.
