"Bathroom glas wall full of mould. Room was ok. Breakfast room in the Hotel not available oan oane day. We had to walk 100m in bad weather to the bowling restaurant for breakfast."

"We come here every year but this year the dude at the reception put a dent in our stay as soon as we arrived. Zero communication skills. Absent from the reception every 10 minutes he would disappear for 10-15 min. He refused to open the doors between our rooms claiming he does not have a key. His colleagues confirmed that was a lie. We had to change our sleep configuration (small kids) which was a major inconvenience to say the least "
