"We had a lovely stay for the 4 days, just me and my teenage son. The location was perfect, very near to all shops and restaurants and close to the main strip of Laganas, as well as the beach within walking distance. "Karras Livin was perfect for what we needed. Room size was fine and location was great. Pool was occasionally a little dirty so we used the pool at the hotel sometimes. Staff friendly. Cleaner always came when we were sleeping so room was only cleaned once during two weeks. Would have liked some fresh towels/bin bags/toilet rolls left outside room as we had to fend for ourselves with these items Great stay overall and would return. "

"Angelos and his staff are very friendly and helpfull. He picked us up from the bus station (and drove us back when we left). He makes a great BBQ once a week. The hotel looks very new, and lovely. The bedroom is very spacious (we rent one with a small kitchen), and the bathroom is really nice, it has a good balcony with a table. All is very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was also great. "Pool towels provided. Change as often as needed. Plenty of sun loungers, never struggled to get one. Inflatables allowed in the pool which is great for kids, although an adult only pool would be quite nice so you can have a good swim. The pool does close at 6pm which we thought was a little early. Food, drinks and service was great. As was the facial i had in the spa, thank you Olga. The only thing that was a bit disappointing for us was the entertainment. It definitely wasnt 5* wow!! The hotel is in a great location. We walked along the beach every day and also out of the drive and left into Laganas. We had a beautiful stay ❤️"

"We had such an amazing time at Contessina celebrating our anniversary/my partners belated birthday. As soon as we arrived the staff were so lovely and welcoming – we were delighted to be given an upgraded room with a private pool this truly made our trip extra special and we were so grateful for that!! Overall the ambience of the hotel is sooo peaceful, from the well equipped gym, the gorgeous poolside bar and chill areas to the exquisite breakfast. This hotel is a must stay in Zakynthos! We wanted to say a special thanks to Christina at the bar who made the best cocktails and was truly a ray of sunshine to see every day! "Great property in a beautiful quiet beachfront location. It is Even nicer in person than the photos. We had dinner 2 nights of our stay & it was excellent!! We also each had a massage at the spa with Kostas & our treatments were great! Overall beautiful property & very friendly helpful staff. Tennis court & equipment provided was good too we played every day. Would highly recommend to family & friends. "
