    "I am terribly disappointed in this stay. The elevators were not working. Not even ONCE could I open the door with the given key. (Someone had to go with me to the room to open the door) because the key system were not working. As a woman traveling alone it was very frustrating having to go up alone with a man to open my room every time I wanted to enter. Breakfast was on point. The only good thing out of my stay.
