A great hotel!! The beds are like heaven you sink down like on a cloud. Very good layout of the room. Friendly people!! Old wonderful building. I’ll stay here again if I come to Västerås (instead of the steam hotel😊)

I liked this hotel , it's in central position, it's a beautiful hotel, good and rich breakfast. Only little things , we didn't find bathrobes and slippers. But we saw them for others rooms. I don't like different treatments between customers , in the same hotel.

Kommer bara bo på stadshotellet fortsättningsvis. Det bästa läget och så mysig miljö. Rummet var rent och snyggt. Sängen var jätteskön och det gick att få kudde utifrån preferens. Frukosten hade allt man kunde önska sig, utan att vara överdådig (det känns inte så bra ur ett hållbarhetsperspektiv). Det enda jag kan klaga på är att det inte riktig vispgrädde till pannkakorna på frukosten. Det var sådan på tub vilket känns ganska B. Kan varmt rekommendera Stadshotellet!

Trevligt men väldigt slitet hotell. Halvbra service vid incheckning med dålig information om det mesta.. ok rum, ok frukost men saknade det där lilla extra som Elite brukar ha. Bra läge med bra parkeringsmöjligheter.
