"The hotel room was clean, supplies stocked, and ready for our stay. The rooms have very high ceilings, which make the room feel spacious. We arrived late at night so only 1 person was staffed at the desk, check-in took a bit of time. The key card is required to access the amenities, elevator floors, and to power the room lights. Even though it's close to the airport, it's not too noisy. Breakfast can get busy in the morning, and the breakfast room a bit crowded, but seating in the lobby is good with many tables. The place is family friendly as well.
The only downside is parking - it's extra, as stated in description/policy, but it's a bit confusing too. The parking entrance/exit is behind the building, and you need your keycard for access. Also, the underground is shared with the neighbouring staybridge, so if you go in or out the wrong exit (staybridge), your card won't activate the gate. The parking areas could be better marked to identify which hotel it's for, as some guests got locked out and lost in the parking lot because they didn't know which door is for which hotel, and knowing there's a difference."
