"Hôtel correct, chambre agréable. Salle de bain spacieuse. J'aurai préféré une douche plutôt qu'une baignoire. Très bon petit déjeuner, dommage que à cause d'un "problème technique", je n'ai pas pu prendre mon petit déjeuner le dernier jour."

"Lovely hotel - great views, nice big rooms, friendly staff…pool was lovely too. Free bikes to use was brilliant and much appreciated along with table football and play area and more for free. Our only niggle is how expensive the food and drinks were for the quality. Was fine food but priced to be exceptional which it wasn’t…and beers almost twice what you pay elsewhere. But to be honest - made up for by everything else being great!"

"Fabulous location, metres from the cathedral's main facade. Really a restaurant (OK) with rooms. Unusually large room; clean, carpetted, tastfully furnished, comfortable bed, plush sofa for the TV (good, with streaming channels). Krupp coffee maker; bottled water, no kettle, fridge, or safe; no a/c, noisy fan. Shower room OK: antique basin tap broken and shower tap kept turning itself off, but hardly mattered. Simple continental breakfast. 4 bookable secure car spaces 200m away, otherwise pay parks a bit further. No chance of dropping bags off at reception. No local EV chargers. Bottom line: prob the best place to stay in Laon."

"Fabulous experience and highlight of our 3 weeks in Europe. Beautiful castle, fabulous dinner and breakfast and the experience was lovely and regal with our maître D. The grounds and historic site added to the weekend. Played tennis and will have to come back to enjoy the pool and hot tub when it is not raining. They are renovating some as well, but this is a well preserved piece of history while still have the charm you would expect from a castle. Better than all the modernized chateau’s."

"What a wonderful place to stay. Easy to find staff are very friendly and helpful Thank you Mohamed and Christian. The Garden is so relaxing amazing pool. Room was beautiful comfortable bed. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Definitely would recommend and return."
