She was very arrogant when we asked to change our room since the room description in the listing was misleading. Couple of things were not working in the room-The electric control for the black out drapes were not working. TV was not working either. The lady during our check out was very courteous."

We arrived late so there wasn’t anyone at the reception but we received all the info before we arrived and had a smooth check in. We tried the Sauna one evening and it was good. The staff were lovely. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. There is no housekeeping service which was abit of let down. It is far out from central and no transport closeby.
