"Our main issue was that our check in was at 3pm and we got there at 2:50pm and the doors to the hotel were locked and no staff was there. Apparently they all left at noon that day! Luckily some people happened to walk out of the hotel so we could get in and we were able to find our keys were left on the counter. We never really interacted with staff our entire stay which actually didn’t bother us. So yeah, except for being locked out originally it was great."

"The breakfast is amazing for a hotel at this price. Delicious and so many choices. Very accessible for those who want to be lacto or gluten free too. The breakfast area has been recently refurbished and is lovely and welcoming. My companion lost their wallet during our stay and the hotel staff were so helpful and were actually able to locate and get the wallet returned. Would not recommend losing your property, but they hotel staff really saved us on this trip. Thank you Elite City Hotel ❤️"

"I didn't feel it was a four star hotel! The food was okay, the room was compact and not built as a family room. The good thing about it is that the people were helpful and very welcoming. If I was to stay there again, it would only be for one night and I wouldn't choose to pay for the breakfast."
