"Llegamos el jueves, y super bien, cuando llego el viernes fue horrible, gritos, ruido, gente chillando en el balcon a las 1 de la mañana, fatal, apenas pudimos descansa, el apartamento tiene un calor horrible, no hay aire acondicionado, las instalaciones algo viejas pero pasables, recomiendo no ir fines de semanas, el alojamiento tampoco tiene socorrista"

"Hotel staff were very very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and for the price was good value. We were there with our 4 and 6 year old grandchildren so spent a lot of time down in the resort and on the beach. We walked down the steps and took a taxi back up the hill most times as it was very hot for the kids to walk back covered in sand. Taxis were only about €3."

"A wonderful experience in Gran Canaria with this outstanding hotel – Gloria Royal Palace Hotel & Spa. Receptions are very nice and helpful. Breakfast Buffet with many different choices of food and drinks. I highly recommend the OMELETTE which is prepared on-site by the chef. Yummy!! Guests staying in the hotel would prefer the outdoor pool. Therefore, the hydromassage station is not crowded. Convenient location, it takes only 6 mins drive to Mogan Mall. Excellent hotel, not to be missed."
