"Went to check in after a really hard day of driving had requested an ADA room, and the person behind the counter was extremely helpful, but informed me that the only thing they had available was on the third floor, and the elevator was broken with no way to get there he said that I would not be charged and told me to contact Expedia, but he was the highlight of the hotel as best I could tell because I ended up not staying there."

2/10 Terrible
"Literally didn't even check in from the moment we drove in parking lot you could tell the property was unkept dirty. There was a issue with another person that was checking in and several people waiting. I just got a bad vibe about it. another couple came in and left after just a couple moments, that's when I decided to leave also. I had already paid for the room online, I would rather pay and leave than feel uncomfortable! "
"Clean room. Excellent breakfast—which was an unexpected bonus because breakfast was not mentioned online. Loved the full size refrigerator. Wish the room decor would have been brighter—the ceiling was very dark (black?) and rug was also dark. The stairwell smelled like pee, with a discarded beer can and cigarette lighter there. We had to carry our luggage quite a ways because of a broken elevator."

6/10 Okay
"Hotel was average for the price range.
However, we chose this one based simply because it had a hot tub, only to find out that the spa was not working. No apology, nothing.
There were also signs of homeless people in the back area of the parking lot, making us a little concerned for our moving truck and car in a trailer."
"Afternoon Front Desk customer service was ok for me but not so much towards another customer.
The pillowcase was ripped
If it wasn't such a demanding time in the city for rooms due to graduation, I would have chosen to leave and search elsewhere for a room."
