"The property inside is as shown in the pictures. The outside looks like a regular city ie. NY or Downtown LA. Lots of drug addicts in the area which can create a problem with safety. The water in the bathroom did not work correctly. The shower was either cold or when it got hot for 5 minutes provided scolding hot water. The kitchen stove had to be lit with a match every time. The washing machine did not wash clothes correctly."

"The room was very clean but it did have a humid smell. The staff was very welcoming and friendly upon arrival. They’re available 24/7! We had a great view from our room. The A/C was always on which was great dude to the humidity outside, and u had the ability to change temp if u liked. The mirror in the restroom was a little oxidized but other than that everything was great. Also the room had a kitchenette which came in handy!"

"The hotel has poor cleaning and poor maintenance all around. The check in has long lines and the room wasn't ready at 6pm and check out is at 11am. Like 7hrs to be ready and not.not upgrades offers for the lateness, not even late check outs.The pool bar never is opend, no muisic no food no drinks etc.... the breakfast should be more extended the turist dont whant to wakeup early... the carpet all of it needs to upgrade. "Cuando llegamos al hotel la fila para poder hacer check-in era muy larga, habia varias señoritas en el front Desk pero no avanzaba la linea. Tambien pedí que me cambiaran las toallas y me sacan la basura y nunca lo hicieron las tuvimos que sacar nosotros. Los barrenders de la piscina nada agradables al menos unos de ellos grosero para atenderte. Volveria a PR si, pero tal vez no volvería a este lugar"

"Sitting on the plane headed home reflecting on our stay at Condado Ocean Club, I can honestly say we had an amazing time. We've been together 22 years, and this was our first adults-only hotel experience. We may have spoiled ourselves. Lol Will probably have a hard time returning to the "Young and Restless" atmosphere of traditional resort life. The peaceful, grown-folks vibe was exactly what we needed. Check-in and out were easy, and the staff immediately offered recommendations for local food, lounges, restaurants, and convenience stores. The room was everything the website promised and more. Nice walk-in shower, clean linens, and I repeat: THEY HAVE THE WHITEST SHEETS. Iykyk The bed was comfortable, the pillows gave Saturday morning vibes every day, and the ocean view had me taking pictures every morning. The pool was beautiful, the service was excellent, and whew... the drinks understood the assignment. What stood out most was the staff. As a #TravelingBlackWife, safety and comfort for my husband and me are always top of mind because people can be weird and mean. We felt none of that. #NoRespectNo$$$ Every interaction was kind and welcoming. We felt comfortable the entire trip. The location was walkable, which was important because of my mobility issues, and the noise level was never a problem. For us, the value was absolutely worth it. Would we return? ABSOdangLOUTLY. Thank you, Condado Ocean Club, for the reset we both needed.Walk to the beach and get the fresh 🍍."
