It’s difficult to find something on this beach that is both affordable and nice. This meets both. I am building a place near by and until it’s completed this will definitely be my go to place. The host is a very friendly Ticco. It’s very new. Nothing but good things to say. "

"The apartment was great. Very spacious, nice beds and furniture. Great ocean view and beautiful balcony. The air conditioner works perfectly. The bathrooms in each room all had nice showers and the master bathroom had a jacuzzi. Also, Jobo is one of the closest buildings to the beach club, which is very convenient. We really enjoyed our stayed and hope to be back soon!"

"The Reserva Conchal in general is superb. Playa Conchal is my favorite beach in CR. Pools great, gym fantastic, grounds exceptional, views fantastic. I recommend that for rate charged, a decent TV be installed and Netflix etc be available. The Tv is something you see in a cheap hotel. Also, kitchen chairs are too low and uncomfortable. Washer and dryer bery convenient, and kitchen had all the necessary implements. "
