They should get a steam iron in their laundry room, other laundry facilities are excellent & free to guests. Gym is great also. It would be good to have a mat for the floor outside the shower. I ended up using the hand towel on the floor.

Excellent hotel with a million dollar view of the Fjord. Love the self-check in and was superbly convenient.

Great hotel in Vejle
Brand new looking hotel about 15 minutes walk from thee train station. Located in the port district right opposite the Fjordhusen. The hotel reception and bar are on the 11th floor with great views of the surrounding area - even more so from the open air roof terrace one floor up. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed and amazing shower. Breakfast was ok - mainly breads and pastries. Staff were all very friendly. All in all a decent place to stay and would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Vejle.

Stayed here for one night en route to Lego House in Billund. Clean, new hotel right by the water in an area with new condo development. Pretty bare minimum in terms of ammenities like number of towels, no hair conditoner, had to pay for a tea bag… self check in at the kiosk was fine. Parking is right next door at around $20 for the night. Lively Italian restaurant under the hotel, that serves a nice gelato.

We arrived quite late and it wasn't clear when we booked the hotel that there was only a terminal to check in. We were quite surprised to see no humans. The check-in process was problematic because the terminal got hung up and we couldn't check-in. There was an intercom which connected us to someone somewhere. We were told to go to the 9th floor (should have been told to go to the top floor because the 9th floor was only rooms) and someone would be there to help. Sadly we could get up the elevator without a key!!! So back to the terminal and then no one answered! UG.... then a lovely lady showed up suddenly and helped us get into our room. After a good night's zleep we went up the the 11th floor to check in. The room was perfect for the three of us. The pull out couch was comfortable. It was a little squishy with 3 suitcases because truly there wasn't any room to open them up but somehow we managed. Although the check-in was tricky and made us feel a little uncomfortable, we would go back. I hope the staff enjoyed the two bottles of wine we forgot in the fridge! Cheers

Overall had a great experience. The location was fantastic The room itself was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a restful night's sleep. However, I did find the toilet to be quite small. While it was functional, it may not be the most comfortable option for those who prefer more space. Despite this minor issue, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and overall cleanliness.

Perto dos edifícios Fjordhus e Wave. Cheguei à meia noite, e não havia funcionários para atender. O check in foi feito em uma máquina, sem problemas. Ocorre que não tinha ninguém pra explicar onde era e como funcionava o estacionamento. Que é na verdade num edifício garagem próximo. Não consegui usar o aplicativo para pagar e acabei recebendo uma multa.

fint hotel til en enkelt overnatning. syntes det er meget upersonligt, at man møder to tjek ind automater hvor man skal taste alt det ind, man lige som havde gjort da man bestilte. og fik så et kort man skal bruge hver gang man skal med elevatoren. tænker mange ældre ikke vil kunne finde ud af la dette. samt vi jo nok forventede en velkomst / service ved ankomst - ja man kunne få en velkomst hvis man lige tog elevatoren op på 11. etage hvor receptionen ligger- syntes den skal ligge ved indgangen. så den eneste kontakt vi havde med hotellet var to søde piger ved morgenmaden. værelserne var pæne og rene, dog syntes vi der skal være en dør ud til selve badeværelset, lidt usmart når den ene står op om natten og tænder lyset. samt gulvet på værelset var lidt koldt. fin beliggenhed og p-plads lige ved siden af. dejlig udsigt :-) både fra værelset og restauranten. god morgenmad - fint udvalg

Dette beklager vi selvfølgelig meget.Vi har lås på vores elevator da entre-døren altid er åben. Så det er for at sikre at uvedkommende ikke kan komme ind på gangene.
