"On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels. Numero de téléphone qui n'est plus attribué, pas de site internet, une page instagram pas alimenté depuis un moment... 5h après je recois un message d'hotel.com me disant que l'hotel a du annulé ma réservation et que cela peut arriver.
