Expedia didn't mention there was a deposit, so you should check that, but they were kind to drop that in my case. Very comfortable bed, extremely silent, non-smoking, safe, 24 hours reception, it could be cleaner, but there's everything you need in the kitchenette and the surroundings, as Westfield Mall is nearby. They also have laundry. I had so much rest and privacy, you cannot find that everywhere. Highly recommend!

Some things didn't work. TV remote and air conditioning and no light above the stove and not all kitchen utensils listed. Beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff and good price but reeked of smoke

Friendly staff and a good price. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. But our bathroom smelt so bad of smoke we had to keep the door closed and hold our breath when we went in there. I'm not sure how but it seemed like the smoke smell got worse the longer we were there. We finally asked to move rooms but they didn't have anything else available. I also tried to get an additional pillow but they didn't have any available.

The area where the hotel is, is currently under construction. It was very difficult to access the hotel and when I tried to call them several times, nobody answered it. Staff was very friendly
