"The best feature of this hotel is the proximity to the historic center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This hotel continues to be very clean and comfortable. However, certain upgrades to the rooms are recommended. The electrical outlets need a little work. When you plug in your electrical cords they are very loose they don't stay on the outlets. This is probably my fourth time staying here and I would love to come back in the future."

The breakfast is a steal, it’s a full menu that is included and the food was great. We walked to the Tlaquepaque street markets and that was so cool to see. There is a secure parking lot across the street. It is a little tight of an entrance if you have a big vehicle, which was my mistake! I would very much stay here again and my kids are still talking about it. "
