"Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren , leider hat in diesem Hotel nichts funktioniert. Nicht der Check in , es war nur ein betrunkener Mitarbeiter vor Ort, da zudem auch nicht deutsch gesprochen hat. Der Gast war nur eine Nacht im diesem Hotel , hat sich aufgrund von diesem Zustand ein anderes Hotel suchen müssen ,Somit entstehen für ihn nochmals Kosten .Es wurde auch keine Rechnung an den Gast ausgestellt. "Great trip to Rudesheim and very pleasant stay at Traube Hotel for 2 nights including breakfast. Comfortable room with all necessary facilities including kettle for making cups of tea. Good communication with staff who are very helpful. Excellent breakfast and good local restaurants. Convenient for river cruise."

"The hotel is located at quiet neighborhood, there’s a gas station next to the hotel, so easy to go and buy items you might need. There are two or three bus lines close by, so if you don’t have a rental car and don’t want to use Uber, the bus line is very frequent. Overall, a decent hotel, no complaints. Very clean and quiet."

"The property is very nice. The breakfast included was wonderful. The town of Keidrich is about 5 minutes away and has so many wonderful restaurants. My only complaint would be the view. When we booked, the room says valley view but since our room was on a lower level it actually overlooks the driveway and the parking lot. All night long, you can hear cars driving up. I think if we had a higher level room it would have been more enjoyable. "
