TERRIBLE IGNORANT HOST, Cleaniness is ok.
Chose this B&B because of the excellent reviews the host received, I'm amazed and almost beggars belief how he got such a excellent review and rating, alarms starting ring from outset as he claimed i had only paid for one night and had to prove i actually requested three nights, ignored my emails about being picked up from airport and then didn't offer a ride to airport on my way home,
Mis-lead me when he claimed there was no bus service running on Sunday when by chance on i walk out to the town there was quite clearly buses running and i was not happy at this.
Air conditioning didn't work and offered a tea and coffee service within the room, loads and loads of sugar and sweetners but no sign of coffee or tea so what was the point of putting kettle and cups in the room.
Asked the owner for some coffee the next morning was told to wait a minute and ushered out of kitchen, waited approx 20 minutes got fed up and went out to buy my own,.
There was no interaction or advice from host which i found strange and being Italian myself i would have hoped he would be more forthcoming and sometimes asked myself am i dealing with Flavio or somebody else covering for him as i found him to be such a awkward character.
This B&B as such high ratings but i left totally dissappointed and annoyed starting from the lies about the bus service, i personally would not recommend whatsoever this B&B even though there as been a many happy customer i for one and including my wife were not one of them.
