Its classed as a hotel but it isnt, a full description of what your getting should be given. It is basically a shared flat. We were left with no way to get in even after asking for late check-in more than once.

I regret very much for booking it

Booked a room in this place for a single night for me and my mom a month before our stay. Everything seemed to be normal and alright, but it didn't end up this way. When I booked it I got a confirmation email and later on another one saying that my reservation was guaranteed and all paid for. However when we got there the guy who was supposed to check us in told us that our reservation was cancelled. It was cancelled literally the day before our stay there while we were already on our way there. He said he stopped working with this Hotels for some reason and that this wasn't his problem, but all ours. He claimed that he hadn't gotten any money for it despite the fact that I was charged for it. He intended to leave two women (me and my 61-year old mom) on the streets, telling us just to go find another hotel. Fortunately after some debating he decided to let us stay, but if only we give him some money in cash, so we did it. Me and my family have been using Hotels for a while and have never encountered anything like this before. We feel deceived and very insulted!

Eu não consegui me hospedar no hotel, pois o número de telefone informado não existe e ao chegar no local encontramos um prédio residencial e não tinha recepção e ninguém nos atendeu. Ficamos literalmente na rua. Também não consegui contato com o site. Péssima experiência. Espero que me devolvam o valor pago.

Chambres bien placées ds la ville de mestre , hôte arrangeant ( arrivée plus tôt et accompagnement à l'aéroport très ponctuel !) la cuisine est appréciable

Good location in mestre right outside bus stop. Bus takes bout ten mins to Venice. Guy who runs it was nice. Place was a bit dirty and smelled strongly on cigarette smoke.

Clean, great location, must stay!!

I had an amazing time here, I totally recommend staying here. The room was so clean and comfortable. The location is also great because the bus stop to Venice is two minutes walking.
