Das Hotel hat eine Tolle Lage und ist für Ruhesuchende genau richtig. Man ist dennoch schnell im Stadtzentrum. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, es gab alles was man braucht. Ich fand es toll, das gleich ein Tisch für einen reserviert wurde, somit musste man sich keinen Platz selber suchen. Personal durchweg freundlich. Das einzige was man bemängeln könnte, sind die Badezimmer. Das Waschbecken und die Garnituren könnten mal erneuert werden. Das Waschbecken hat schon einige Risse, ansonsten aber alles sauber.

Ontbijt is zeer goed 4* waard. Het hotel en de kamer is verouderd. (plinten, deuren, gordijnen, lampen die flikkeren) Geen 4* waard! Honden en vast tapijt gaan niet samen!

Leider diesmal nicht so super. Unser Zimmer hatte verschimmelte Übergardinen. Das Restaurant war auch nicht das wahre. Musste kurz auf den Putz hauen, damit wir bedient wurden, da Bedienung immer uns übersah.

Prachtige hotel. Meer dan 4 sterren waardig. Een bosrijk natuurgebied pal naast Venlo. Genoten van sauna en zwembad. Wij waren er alleen. Badjas en slippers werd door hotel ter beschikking gesteld. Je ziet dat het een oudere hotel is, maar alles echt schoon en netjes en je ziet allemaalnvan hoogwaardige kwaliteit. Enige nadeel voor minder valide is het niet zo geschikt. Veel trappen. Bv naar het ontbijt restaurant en buffet. Trappen onvermijdelijk. Maar zwembad en ook de bad in de badkamer was echt goed toegankelijk.
