"had a very upsetting experience staying at this hotel with my kids. The biggest issue was the staff’s attitude—they were extremely rude and made multiple complaints about my children simply being kids. We were not being disruptive or disrespectful, yet we were treated like a problem instead of paying guests. Traveling with children should not mean being made to feel unwelcome. The way the staff spoke to us was unprofessional and honestly disappointing. Instead of offering understanding or basic courtesy, they made the environment uncomfortable for my entire family. A hotel should be a place where families feel safe and respected, but that was not the case here. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to anyone traveling with kids. We will not be returning. The room was not properly cleaned—there were stains, trash left behind, and it didn’t feel safe or comfortable for my children. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I brought up concerns. Traveling with kids is already stressful, and instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like an inconvenience. Basic amenities were either missing or not working, which made our stay even more frustrating. This was supposed to be a relaxing and safe place for my family, but it was the opposite. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families."

"The location is the best part of this hotel. Can’t complain much when every room has an ocean view and you can walk out the doors to paradise. The rooms are small with a funky layout. The bathroom door was a translucent slider that opened towards the beds. If one person used the bathroom, unfortunately, everyone in the room used the bathroom. Despite that, we would stay here again just for location and convenience alone. "

"The room was clean. However, it was a big room with one tiny light between the bed. There were no overhead lights nor lamps in the room. There was one small desk lamp that didn’t work. It took over an hour to get somebody to come look at it. So we basically wandered around in a nearly dark room all evening. "

"The room 101, was a non sleep zone, the cars pumping loud music the people standing next to the wall talking loud at 6am. Location great view, noise level terrible. Continental breakfast, was Ralph’s super market pastries and coffee. You get what you pay for. "
