"My experience during Easter weekend in Claremore near Tulsa in Oklahoma. I checked in and was told $100 cash deposit. Online it says $150. He finally took $106 on credit card. I was told the $6 was the fee for any damages etc. I get home and see that the hotel charged me another $94 and some change. I called and the front desk stated that was an accident and he refunded both charges. Here is the thing. They charged me $6 for the accident they did. I ONLY GOT $188 back. $100 + $94 should have $194. I know $6 is not a big thing but it shows how bad a trip I had. Hidden fees, accident, oh and no housekeeping or clean towels for second day. I stayed 2 days. I will not recommend this hotel to my worse enemy. "

"Beds were HORRIBLE! Hard as rocks. I chose this hotel for their pillow top mattresses. This was not the case. Miserable 2 nights!! Asked the front desk about it and the staffer told me that I was wrong and I must have been looking at a third party description…funny I looked up their specific site and it said the same thing! She called my room about 5 minutes later and offered me a different room, I asked if it had a pillow top bed? No, but I would be a different room. I want my darn pillow top beds you promised!! "

"Was a great location for a soccer ID camp that weekend. The room was extremely clean and the staff was super kind. I got the room for $76. What a deal!"

"We parked with ease and received a pass! The hotel suite was clean, stocked well, an comfortable. I wish a few more gluten items were available. Certified gluten free would be amazing!! Labels with alergens listed for the fantastic breakfast offered would make this place a dream stay. "
