The best location to stay in Playa Chachalacas, very nice hotel with friendly service and amenities, it’s one of the priciest of the region but its totally worth it.

La atención del hotel es grosera, no me dieron la habitación correcta y no quisieron hacer el ajuste, mala experiencia deja en muy mal a Expedia, trataron de decirme que no reservará por la app sino directo con ellos The hotel service is rude, they did not give me the correct room and they refused to make the adjustment, bad experience reflects poorly on Expedia, they tried to tell me not to book through the app but directly with them.

Si puede no se quede en ese hotel, a la habitación el aire acondicionado hace excesivo ruido, el extractor del baño igual, y cuando pides apoyo no lo hacen, pésimo servicio en el restaurante, pésima actitud de servicio.

El hotel esta lindo, lo único que le hace falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones y en general a las instalaciones como por ejemplo los camastros del area de playa y alberca estan muy maltratados, algunos rotos, el elevador pequeño esta maltratado y se ve hasta sucio. En mi habitaciones el espejos estaba oxidado y manchado y los muebles de madera se veian maltratados.Ojala e inviertan más en esos detalles para que sea un hotel mejor.

El hotel se ve más nuevo y amplio en las fotos, las habitaciones son pequeñas y lamentablemente hubo boda en mi estancia y el ruiseñor hasta la 1 am, la TV tuvieron que irla a arreglar, el tapon del jacuzzi tuvieron que cambiarlo y estuvimos día y medio de los 2 días sin internet en la habitación, en general no vale lo que se paga por el hotel.

Hotel que anuncia mais que oferece. Musica muito alta nos bares. Mistura de várias músicas de vários bares e restaurantes tornam um local que poderia ser um paraíso, num Inferno.
