Very old and not well maintained. Bed linen and towels are the oldest I have seen in a hotel - quite disrespectful . Windows so dirt that a beach view is pointless. Staff is well trained.

They give me a room that was next to some closet that was making a lot of noise. I asked him to switch my rooms. They say no they also give me towels that were ripped and hot holes in it, which was really disgusting. The bathroom smelled like sewer and this is really disappointing for the money that I paid for, and requesting a refund I left Hotel due to this Horrible experience I will never recommend this to anybody. I hope someone does anything about it. They supposed to be fun times when you go on vacation, but this is horrible experience and a refund for my stay there. Contact me at area code 661-221-1771. Toda la atención muy buena atentos y amables muy limpio y buen servicio buena ubicación lo único y que fue lo que nos decepcionó fue que nosotros rentamos tres habitaciones y el una de las habitaciones se dejó dinero en la maleta y desapareció se que el error fue no ponerle candado o dejarlo en la caja fuerte pero pues confiando en que estas en un lugar seguro… pero bueno en general todo muy bien solo aseguren bien sus cosas de valor.

Realmente fue decepcionante la llegada al hotel, desde el estacionamiento tan descuidado y sucio, el no especificar la entrada de sus cargadores de auto, pero lo peor definitivamente fue al subir al Lobby. El hotel más descuidado que he visitado, lleno de toallas de huéspedes , jergas mugrosas y con filtraciones de agua por doquier. La atención de la recepcionista buena, pero sin poder ayudarme a cancelar, pues no tiene los estándares de un hotel HILTON, ni mucho menos por el costo de habitación que cobran. La atención de América Ibáñez fue la peor, con el mínimo deseo de ayudar y reconocer lo terrible que está el hotel, y la del gerente General, Manuel Cabrera , al negarle a Expedia el reembolso (pues decidí no hospedarme ahí al ver semejantes condiciones). Una tristeza que exista esto en un hotel de cadena Hilton, la primera vez que me pasa, y en una ciudad tan linda como Veracruz.

No valía la pena abrir las cortinas, y no solamente porque tiene una mala vista, sino porque los cristales estaban asquerosos, llenos de popó de paloma (hay muchas). Le uuuurge mantenimiento al hotel, el baño olía horrible (no tiene ventilación y aparte tiene mal olor). El personal es muy amable y atento, sin embargo las instalaciones en general le hacen falta mucho cuidado

Parking is an issue. You need somebody from staff with a special key to operates the elevators from parking lot to front desk. If nobody is available you need to get your lugagge all the way thru the stairs. Looks like that the same person is the valet parking and bell boy

La ubicación es muy buena, puedes recorrer todo el malecón a pie. Buena vista al mar. Algunas áreas tienen detalles de mantenimiento (Antes era el hotel Novomar) La habitación es cómoda, suficientes tomas de corriente e iluminación pero no habían aspirado la alfombra. A la tapicería del lobby le falta limpieza. Porteros y botones muy cordiales. No probé los alimentos. Buena conexión Wifi Opción para una o dos noches máximo está bien.
