The location of the hotel is perfect, its near downtown Veracruz and has many bars and restaurants surrounding it. Its also near to various beaches and attractions. Its clean but could improve the facilities in the bedrooms.

I found my night wonderful, whether I wanted to enjoy the rain and ocean waves sound or close the balcony door and have quietness. Those sliding doors were perfect. To be able to have both made my stay super enjoyable.

The location is good. It is possible to walk to malls and restaurants . However, the room wasn't that clean. There were hairs on the sheets , towels, and floors. We had a ocean view room, but the windows were locked, felt more like a prison that a Hilton hotel. There was mold in the bathroom and room ceiling. The staff in reception were attentive but when asked for a tax invoice they denied to provide it. The place is not worth for the price.

Breakfast buffet was great. Angel and Minerva are excellent employees. Beach is not easily accessible but the hotel does have a nice area with grass to kick back and watch the gulf waves. The hotel ran out of hot water one night.
