Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Prattville-Montgomery
10/10 Excellent
"The Days Inn staff was professional, polite and helpful, the physical condition of the property was excellent and the amenities offered were as good or better than hotels that charge much more. My husband left two pairs of shorts in a drawer in our room and Days Inn shipped them to our home at no charge. That's going above and beyond. "
"Just a stopover on a road trip, but fun smiling staff, walking into a spotless pristine room with actual hot water in the shower was an added bonus. Discounts for breakfast at shonys next door too!!"
"We've stayed here in Feb and now March as a family and we would definitely stay again. The only problem is, it gives you one towel per person. They don't even give us a hand towel to dry our hands off in the bathroom. Other than that, the hotel is great! Clean, new, plenty of outdoor lighting, plenty of parking, security door locks for after hours entry, lots of restaurants, close to Walmart and other stores. Close to the interstate. It seemed like there was a lot of blue collar workers staying there, no problem with that. A bunch of quiet hard-working guys. We had a full size refrigerator and a I think two glass stove burners and a microwave. No utensils or plates, but we didn't go there to cook. Each bed came with three pillows. The air conditioning was fine. I do think the TV remote is confusing maybe it's just my age, 55. LOL. But like I said earlier, this is our second time staying there, as long as they're rates are competitive or cheaper, we will continue to stay there. "
"This is gonna sound silly, but it was the best bed of our whole trip. I’m going to call them and ask them what kind it was. The front desk gentleman was really awesome because the credit card I had used to booked all my hotels had been hacked the day before the trip and I didn’t realize they were going to check me in before I got there and instead of just canceling my reservation, he called and was very understanding when I explained the situation. It was a unique situation and I’m not too sure many others would have been as accommodating."
