"I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. "We were very impressed with this hotel which we stayed at for one night on our way to Belgium from the Cote D'Azure. The house was lovely and we were met very graciously by the owner, who was very pleasant and welcoming. She informed us we could get an upgrade and we ended up having a lovely spacious suite.
