"This is a lobby-less hotel. You meet up with an agent who hands you a key and describes how to get to the room. It is located at the upper edge of Vernazza, on the road in. Very convenient if you have parked (as required) at the out of town parking lot. The shuttle ends right at the building. No need to roll your luggage down into town. It is on the 3rd floor, and has a very small elevator (you and a bag or two). No problems with the room. It is fairly simple and has the normal accoutrements. It is a short walk to the harbor. Lovely town."
