"The woman who checked us in is such a hard worker. The next morning she was running the desk and helping in the breakfast area as it was extremely busy. However…our room had just been cleaned and it had a weird smell. I always check for bedbugs at any place we stay. Bed sheets looked clean and fresh until I lifted the fitted sheet to find another mattress sheet cover and saw an area of brown something. I did take a photo. I would have had them comeback and change the mattress cover but we were running behind on getting to an event and my husband wasn’t feeling well. My other complaint was the lack of beverage choices and fruit available at breakfast. "

I had to come in for the snowstorm so I could get to work and she was so accommodating through the whole process. The room was spotless, beds are comfortable and breakfast every morning.
