"Enjoyed our stay very much! We had an early check in at 11am for only an additional $25. We were in Pinetop for a wedding. Beds were very comfortable, and room was very clean. Breakfast had a nice assortment of selections, but don't pass up the coffee! It's made there in Pinetop, the Apache Blend Dark Roast was amazing! For an older hotel, it's very well kept and fits right into the gorgeous surroundings."

"Fun place to stay, the coffee shop is great with excellent service. Our airstream unit was well stocked, clean, and spacious. Our only issue was the check out at 10:00 am. That is early, and we had assumed it to be at 11:00. (Our mistake!) At 10:01, someone was advising us we had to leave. He could have definitely been nicer about it and a little more accommodating; there were just a couple units occupied, we just wished that would have been handled differently."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable but the mattresses were on a platform, not a frame, so the mattresses would slide back when you sat on them. The staff was friendly and helpful. Appreciated the fact that they were pet friendly and deposit was very reasonable. This is a two-story building with no elevator. I would stay here again although I would request a first-floor room next time."

"We had difficulty getting in touch with the manager to inform them of our late arrival. Several text messages went unanswered. Then a woman answered who said the main manager was unavailable and unreceptive to customer contacts. She told us we had to pay additional fees before giving us the entry code to our cabin. The total amount was twice our initial charge. These charges were not disclosed when we made our reservation initially. The woman also told us that she goes to bed at 8pm, suggesting we'd inconvenience her if we contacted her after that time. Our ETA was to be after 9pm. The cabin was difficult to find in the dark as signage was poor. My husband had to walk around the grounds in the dark before we finally found it. The cabin room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were there less than 24hrs but ended up with a bill twice the amount we anticipated."

"Would have given 5 stars but shower drain was plugged ,nasty...but hotel is very nice with beautiful views, great breakfast and nice pool and hotub ."
