All i can say is GREAT JOB! The staff was always friendly and accommodating to all my needs no matter the time of day or night. The room was very clean and modern. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very sweet staff. Amazing breakfast. Clean rooms. If you travel light, you’re good but if you’re needing a closet to hang clothes in, there isn’t much closet space and it would’ve been nice to have a safe in the room for valuables

Hotel was great and clean. My wife is very picky and this place did not disappoint, would stay at again. If we had any complain is perhaps a pool heater for the future. Thanks!

Lack of towel bars (except for a tiny 10” one to right of sink) was a problem as was the lack of any tables by beds except for one between the beds. Breakfast was good but no milk or yogurt was nonfat (or else oatmilk). Decaf coffee we loved, and cereal was sugary so we used condiment granola, walnuts, etc. which were great (orange juice we used in place of milk or yogurt).

The hotel was a godsend. We were two families evacuating for the hurricane. Everything was super clean, the staff was very kind and accommodating even under these stressful events.

There were a collection of hotels enter connected to the property. Near the interstate, food restaurant , and shopping. Walking was safe.

Hotel and room were very clean and the staff was very friendly. However, I am very disappointed that I called them up several hours after we checked out to let them know that I had accidentally left clothes (3 shirts and a jacket) hanging up in the hotel room closet. They told me they "would check the room and call me back", when they called me back they said that they "had a guest already checked into the room and wouldn't be able to check until they checked out the next day". I am not sure why they could not have had the front desk call the room to see if the guest noticed anything in the closet that was not theirs (or why house keeping didn't notify the desk when they cleaned the room)? So a day later they did call me to say that they "checked the closet after the guest had left but did not see anything in the closet so the guest must have took the clothes". Go figure, either house keeping kept the clothes or the guest took the clothes since it was 1 1/2 days later.

We booked and paid for a king bed room, got a queen bed. The view was of a concrete wall two feet away from window. Had to call maintenance to fix TV. Which I would say was quick and response was fast and the gentleman was very nice, friendly and professional.

This hotel was a life saver. I had booked a hotel for the same night just down the road and when I arrived I was horrified. The other hotel looked nothing like the pictures and I felt unsafe. I went to the Marriott and my faith and feeling of safety was restored! Richard at the front desk was so amazing and went above and beyond to assist me!! Even though the other hotel was in walking distance, when I arrived at the Marriott, it felt like I was in a different world. The housekeeping staff knocked incessantly at the fort before check out time in the morning even with the do not disturb sign on the door. This is the one thing that I would say could be improved. I understand knocking and being persistent if the check out time had passed but it was well before. If I ever have to stay in this area again, I will now know better and choose a Marriott property. Thank you! My room had a nice view of the beautiful pool.
