Great hotel but area doesn't support cell service. Good thing the hotel phones were in good working order .

It was very quiet and the staff was very accommodating. The pillows were comfortable, but went flat pretty quickly, but the very friendly staff provided us more pillows when we requested them which fixed the issue. Thank-you

Meh.
It was fine. The bed cover stunk so bad, however-we had to ball it up and put it in the bathroom. It was revolting. Products in bathroom are not great. The bed was so-so, service was food. I liked they had a fridge and freezer in the room. Hotels need to figure in room coffee out one of these days.

The accesible room that tqhdey stated to be it was not accessible at all the wheelchair died it fit in the bathroom. They cannot assign the room we got as accessible

Patience would not light fire pit. The general manager was very rude to my daughter, chasing them from buffet to get yogurt back after I spent thousands. Someone attempted to walk in on me naked when there was a no disturb sign on door.

We do apologize for the time you spent with us, but the staff was very accommodating and went out of our way to assist you and your situation. The attempted walk-in was by housekeeping when you were in the room far past the extended checkout time given, and they were doing a vacancy check. We held reservations for you in good faith, made exceptions for your stay, and it seems that you feel we did not do enough. In addition, pending charges for items missing from room could not be processed with the card on file. Please reach out to the hotel directly to settle this account.

We were visiting family for our Thanksgiving family trip- we booked 2 rooms and if we weren’t awake and out of room by 9am the cleaners wouldn’t come back to clean. We stayed 3 nights and we NEVER had our rooms cleaned, trash overflowing, had to ask for new towels constantly, and we asked front desk everyday to please have someone clean our room and lady at front desk was very rude, not friendly at all and curt with us after spending a lot of money with them. It was not a friendly place and we shouldn’t have to worry about cockroaches in our room which we saw 3 at 3 separate times!!!!

Your room was not serviced due to a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on your door, and we were unable to reach you by phone each time. There was no mention of any roaches in the room during your stay and it has come back negative after testing. We're sorry you had a difficult time during your stay and hope we can make it up to you in the future!

The mattress and pillows were too old. The mattress had a big dent on one side that was very uncomfortable to sleep on.
