This is an extended stay hotel, not a vacation spot. I didn’t feel safe there with my kids, it was dingy and smelled weird and chemically, and seemed to have a lot of more shady people, sleeping in broken down cars or hanging around parking lots and such. It didn’t feel clean. My kids and I checked in, but left immediately and stayed at a different hotel. They still charged me the incidental fee even though we did not use anything, literally just walked into the room and turned around and left immediately.

The room was dirty and had a bad order. The appliances were very old. The microwave oven was filthy inside. Just a terrible experience. My wife did not even want to sleep there.

The pictures are completely misleading. When we checked in, the bathroom was disgusting — the toilet had dried urine on it, and the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The whole room felt cold and sterile, and there were sugar ants crawling on the dinette table. They have “no smoking” signs everywhere, but once the sun goes down, the smell of cigarette smoke fills the hallways. The manager was nearly impossible to reach and refused to give a refund. The rest of the staff didn’t seem to know anything or care to help. We ended up packing up and driving home at midnight with three kids because it was just that bad. Save yourself the stress — this place is awful. Unless you’re a drug addict then this place is perfect for you.

Didn’t stay. The room they gave us had bugs crawling all over the cabinets and dirty clothes. I wasn’t about to stay or look under the covers. Our friends stayed and said it was not good at all

Worst place ever

The hotel was disgusting, left and did not stay. If was filthy and is apparently a home for displaced individuals. It was extremely loud. Didn’t bother requesting a refund, I didn’t feel safe and left.

Avoid hits property!

The room was in dire need of remodeling. Ants in the kitchen. Sticky floors. (God knows when they were cleaned last.) Overall dirty. Trash left on TV stand AFTER room was cleaned. The bathtub was filthy, and there was NO SHOWER CURTAIN. Don't even consider staying here.

The place was very dirty, no toliet paper in the bathrooms, what looked like cockroaches in the bathroom, a musky, smoky smell. took forever for someone to come help you at the desk. the name over the entrance wasn't Mainstay it was Sleep Inn. Very Disappointed!! Don't recommend.

Run down hotel

The hotel is run down and is in desperate need of repair. My room, had ants, roaches and water bugs. All the staff did was spray. The freezer handle was busted, there was a huge hole/crack in the bathtub that when I placed my foot down it buckled and went down an inch or two. The smell of mold and dampness would overtake you. I couldn’t change rooms because they were fully booked. I definitely don’t recommend this place.
