This is a wonderful hotel for travel. You can beat the price for the quality of the hotel. It was sparkling clean and all the staff we encountered were super nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds very comfortable.

Cleanliness: The property was well maintained and the lobby looked great. Our room was also pristine. The only place dirty was the elevator. Someone had spilled water or their ice bag was dripping and it left a ton of water and dirt on the floor. Two staff members mentioned it and walked over it without doing anything. About 30 minutes later it was mopped up. So no biggie. The lady checking us in was very personable and made checking in fun. She told us where everything was and even showed us their pantry which had a wide variety of medicine, snacks, and drinks. Their breakfast was also great. Fresh fruits, eggs, and bacon. A make-it-yourself waffle station, and many refreshments to choose from. I was especially impressed that they offered lactose free milk and gluten free options! If you’re not feeling their breakfast, tropical smoothie and Dunkin’ Donuts is a two minute walk (or drive) as they’re right in front of the hotel. The beach isn’t far either. Honestly, I was pretty impressed with the hotel and only had two (pretty minor) issues. They do not have smart TV’s, so if you want to watch streaming networks you’d have to bring your own device. The only other issues was that there was no fan in the bathroom. Which could be an issue. Other than this, the place was great.

Very nice hotel, clean and friendly staff ! The only thing was that the humidifier was super loud one night and it was turned off as soon as I went to the front desk; but it was until the morning ! So if got any reason you have a little closet with humidifier make sure it's turned off ! Loved it there !

Excellent Customer Service
Our room type was not available for extending one night and the staff could not have been more accommodating. My mother is a cancer patient and my brother is handicapped and they took total care of us and could not have been kinder. They were as flexible as possible and made the transition seamless for us.

What a find! What a price! This hotel has everything and is UNBELIEVABLY Clean! Check in was friendly and easy. Room was amazing and sooo clean. Breakfood good and hot! 10/10 for sure and price was fantastic!

The property was centrally located between I-95 and the downtown/beach area so very convenient and clean with plenty to do close by. Better breakfast than most of these hotel types.

Absolutely loved our stay. The staff was phenomenal. I normally stay at a Hilton or Marriott and they were booked when I needed to travel. This was my first stay at this hotel and the first stay at an IHG hotel in 10 years. I was blown away by how far they’ve come and will be returning. The front desk team should be commended.

My second visit to Staybridge Vero Beach, two nights stay. Like the roomy suite complete with separate bedroom and living area, plus full kitchenette. Hotel offers complimentary complete breakfast as well as 'social' happy hour with wine/beer and snacks. However we did have a brief power outage which also cancelled one of the happy hours. Price is competitive, with a good, altho busy, location along Vero Beach main drag/corridor, lots of restaurants, shops nearby.

Clean hotel but check in was cumbersome and took to long especially after I already paid in app. Front door was locked when I arrived so had to try to reach someone. This doesn’t create a good first impression.
